Fishing at Kilauea Point NWR

Surf fishing along the tidal shoreline from Rock Quarry to Mokolea Point is for various saltwater species, including ulua, papio, barracuda and others. Fishing is allowed during daylight hours. There are no public facilities in this area of the refuge.
