Fishing is allowed on Cold Springs Reservoir per state of Oregon regulations. The boat launch is open from March 1-September 30. Bank fishing on the south side of the reservoir is permitted year-round. Crappie and bass are the favored targets.

State fishing licenses and regulations apply. Some waters close seasonally to protect wildlife.
